Happy Anniversary

Today is a wonderous occassion. Janae and I were both home at the same time, and we are both awake(that isn't the wonderous part...though it is quite rare). We found ourselves with a little extra time on our hands, you see, we're both go-getters (if you will..or if you wont...I really don't care) so being at home with 2 hours to spare before we catch our zzz's makes us crazy. Especially when we are not allowed to eat sweets because the obvious thing to do with this extra time would be to eat...Red Mango. Anywho, we decided we've neglected all 3 of our bloggers for long enough now and it was time for an update. As I was collecting my thoughts Janae realized our anniversary may be fast approaching so she began some facebook archive research...and low and behold she discovered these emails. We are posting them so you can see how our meeting truly was fate and that we were both freaks right from the start.

Janae Bedke said: I am glad our friendship is official! Facebook is so great bringing us together. Yes I would love to go if you are going to go. What time is it at?

Subject: To my new BFF

I just got the details on the institute class. It starts at 8:30 and it's somewhere in Sandy. I've got directions. I was just reminded that I have a lab tomorrow until about 8 at SLCC (the holiday screwed up my schedule..I'm usually done with class by 6:30 Wednesday's). But I'm told there is a good chance Sheri Dew will be speaking, so I don't want to miss it.

Any chance you could meet me somewhere by SLCC and we could just head up straight after I get out of my lab? I could probably skip out a little early too.

Give me a call or a text so we can work it out.
LATER! .

It's okay I am creepy so dont be ashamed to be creepy! Oh I think I know where it is at in sandy...Is it on Poppy Lane? Ya I could meet you at SLCC. Which campus? I will text you tomorrow too just incase you don't get this.

It's our anniversary. Since we are not eating sweets...(during the week) we don't get to celebrate. Oh well, there is always our 2 year anniversary.

I may have lied...the lack of sweets has nothing to do with our lame anniversary. The truth is that we are going through a trial separation period. Not only with each other, but with all of our other friends as well. School has consumed me. I'm constantly trying to expand my deaf circle of friends...I no longer have time for you hearing schmucks. Janae, well, I'm not sure what has keeping her occupied. Drug dealing maybe. I think. We have also decided that the poor attendance at game night as of late was an indication that we needed to take a break and let those sucka's, who have been ignoring my mass texts, realize how much they love and miss us. To this date 3 of our regular crew have inquired as to why our wonderous (yes...wonderous is the new word of the night...I honestly don't even know if I spelled it right, and guess what...I'm not even going to spell check, and that's going to piss some of you off) game night is no longer happening. So we feel pretty important about that.

We have made promises to our biggest fans to bring it back at least once a month...just to keep the masses happy, you know how that is. This upcoming week was going to be the week to do it, but then I met a hot speed-skater deaf boy and attempted to make plans with him. Turns out those didn't pan out but I found myself stuck in another obligation due to my poor communication skills...bla bla bla...long story. Let's just say game night has been postponed. (just like all the cool concerts were, Billy Joel anyone?)

In other exciting news, freaks are after me. That's all. No one normal. Just interesting people that feel the need to intervine in a roommate back scratch during sacrament meeting. Freaks are after Kortney too. The freaks have taken a break from Janae (could she be freakier than them? I kid...I kid!) No, her's have just moved on to others.

We feel the need to leave you with a picture, because we know you miss our smiling faces, so please join us in our countdown to Ireland. We've since pulled off 4 links. Pretty exciting stuff.
